Because of my motivation, resiliency and customer service ability, I’ve been given an opportunity to join a few but leading Call Center Companies in the Philippines. The exposure to different cultures and business objectives has made me better understand what is really valuable to me. Frankly, I was not satisfied with what they have offered, and I’ve realized that everyone has talked about the same promises–biggest players in the industry and yet little benefits to the employees.

Although you’ll find some negative comments on the Web, based on my analysis, these are just rants from unsatisfied people who were either former non-performing employees or applicants who failed during the hiring process.
